2. Purposes & legal basis of data processing

  • Provision of the website (purpose: presentation & SEO presence) – legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and/or (f) GDPR.

  • Google Business: to maintain your presence – also Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f).

  • Social media integration (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook): for integration and analysis – Art. 6 (1) (a) (consent, e.g. cookie pop-up) or (f).

  • Contact: when using the contact form – Art. 6 (1) (b) (e.g. for reply purposes).

  • AI integration: Analysis and support, e.g., of chatbots – Article 6 (1) (a) (if AI use requires separate consent) or (f). The systems used follow the European data protection principles ➝ transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, and human control.

4. Data processing through social media

  • Facebook Business Tools (Pixel, Insights): occurs together with Facebook under Art. 26 GDPR – joint responsibility.

  • Instagram, TikTok: Embedding becomes active through user consent – must be included in cookie consent.

5. AI use & data protection

We use AI providers that meet EU standards (e.g., for dashboards and chat integration). Processing is based on consent or legitimate interest. Providers are carefully reviewed for GDPR compliance.

6. Storage & Deletion Periods

Data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by law (e.g., contact form data for a maximum of two years). After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data sharing & third-party providers

Data may be passed on to:

  • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Google (Analytics, Maps, Business)

  • AI providers

  • IT and marketing service providers
    → Legal basis: consent or legitimate interest
    → Transfers to third countries are only possible with EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Changes & Updates

This privacy policy is updated regularly, e.g., in response to new tools or legal changes.
